Elizabethan inspired structures provided a flexible unit set with the addition of a few chairs, tables and hand props. In addition, by utilizing contrasting wood grains in the paint techniques, the scenery was able to serve both the upper class settings as well as the lower class establishments. 

The built-in sconces allowed for very intimate moments that were easily augemented by the theatrical lighting.
